MyAccount is a new platform that makes it easier to ask questions, find answers and get the support you need.
MyAccount is easy to use and has been developed alongside LSBU students who have helped to design the features and test how it works.
If you have an LSBU account already simply click 'Student and Staff Log In' and then use your LSBU username and password to log in.
If you are not an LSBU student you can register for an account by clicking sign up.
MyAccount has a wide range of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), covering multiple topics. This means you can quickly find answers to your queries on everything from IT, Library enquiries, accommodation, fees, funding and mental health.
The FAQs are a quick way to find what you want, when you want it.
If you can't find an answer in the FAQs, reach out to advisors and send us an enquiry.
You can contact all our student services teams through the MyAccount dashboard, where you can also see the status of your requests or questions submitted.
Take control. Manage your enquiries, track their progress and see who is looking after your question and liaise with different teams across LSBU.
In MyAccount, you’re in control. After you’ve asked us a question, you can then track, withdraw and follow up on your enquiries. You can also view the status of enquiries (to see whether one of the LSBU team is looking at it) and see if you need to respond.
You can book appointments with advisors quickly and simply using MyAccount. Choose whether your appointment takes place virtually, or in person. You can also choose a specific advisor or team you want to meet with, like a Disability Advisor or a Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
To contact our librarian team please continue to book appointments via the online booking form.
If you do get stuck, Student IT Support can help. Please use this enquiry form and select the topic as ‘Library and IT Support’.
All you need to know to get started with MyAccount.
