Perry Library: Services for LSBU Alumni

Alumni access to Libraries

During the current lockdown period alumni should only visit the Library if they have an essential need for facilities or resources to help you with a specific course of educational study.

Please study from home if you can - for your safety and the safety of others!

Services from the Library for our Alumni

Can I still use the Library once my course finishes?

Yes - LSBU former students and staff can get free access to the Libraries by joining the Alumni society.

A limited number of PCs are available for you to use on Level 2 East of the Perry Library. Please ask at our help desks for the username and password in order to access these PCs. You can also get a 'guest' print account from the help desk which will enable you to print, copy and scan.

There is also a paid membership (£25 per year) that allows Alumni to borrow up to five books at a time.

Due to licensing restrictions we can’t offer alumni access to all of our electronic resources. However you can access some e-resources from other libraries such as the British Library or Westminster Reference Library. A limited number of resources are available within the Library buildings via our catalogue PCs.

Some general e-journal titles are also available from the London Libraries Consortium via your public library. Visit their eLibrary
