Important! - We are aware that some students are unable to reset their password due to an error message.
How to reset your password
Following the migration of IT accounts onto new servers, students will be prompted to reset their passwords next time they login to email or MS Teams.
Alternatively you can reset your password as follows:
Once that is done you will be able to reset your password. Passwords now need to be more complex than they have been in the past so you will need to follow all of the below principles:
At least ten alphanumeric characters long
Contain both upper- and lower-case characters e.g., a-z, A-Z
Have numbers and punctuation characters as well as letters e.g., 0-9,!'#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~
memorable for you, but difficult for someone to guess
Once you have reset your password you will be able to access your email and Microsoft Teams account in the usual way.
