IT Services are aware of an issue affecting MyLSBU. The page does not load and shows an error message.

IT engineers are working with our 3rd party partners to investigate and determine the cause of the issue.

We will post updates here when we have more information.

New Students - Setting up IT accounts

Once you have completed your enrolment, you will be sent an email with your LSBU email address, username and a temporary password. You must change that password before you can access your accounts.

If you have not yet received your email address and temporary password, please visit our help desk in the library or if you can't come to campus, get in touch with us via MyAccount.

Moodle Error Message


Some students are seeing the following error message when they try to login to the Moodle VLE for the first time:

The user account <username> is not available on this site

Please visit our help desk in the library or if you can't come to campus, get in touch with us via MyAccount.

MyAccount - Single Sign-on error message

Some students are seeing this error message when they try to access their MyAccount. IT Services are investigating this error as a priority.

Steps to resolve this error message:

  1. Try a different browser
  2. Try a different device
  3. Clear your cookies and cache - How to Guide
  4. Reset your password - web page

 

Still can't login to MyAccount?

If you still get the same error message please get in touch with us via the Chat Bot on the university homepage: lsbu.ac.uk

  1. Fill in your contact details
  2. Topic: Library and IT support
  3. Give a clear explanation of what account you are trying to access and the error message that you see.

We will email you to let you know that we are dealing with your enquiry.

When the issue is resolved, we will let you know or post an update on this page.
