Once you have completed your enrolment, you will be sent an email with your LSBU email address, username and a temporary password. You must change that password before you can access your accounts.
If you have not yet received your email address and temporary password, please get in touch with us via MyAccount or visit our help desks at the library.
If you have received your username and temporary password but it does not work, please get in touch with us via MyAccount.
There is an issue which is affecting the performance of Moodle and causing slow access. Our IT engineers are currently working with our 3rd party partners to investigate and determine the root cause of the issue affecting Moodle performance.

Some students are seeing the following error message when they try to login to the Moodle VLE for the first time:
The user account <username> is not available on this site
THIS ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED. PLEASE TRY TO LOG IN AGAIN - MyAccount
Some students are seeing this error message when they try to access their MyAccount. IT Services are investigating this error as a priority.
If you still get the same error message please get in touch with us via the Chat Bot on the university homepage: lsbu.ac.uk
We will email you to let you know that we are dealing with your enquiry.
When the issue is resolved, we will let you know or post an update on this page.

Following the migration of IT accounts onto new servers in January 2021, all students and staff were asked to reset their passwords.
