Microsoft Teams is a chat-based collaboration platform complete with document sharing, online meetings, and many more extremely useful features for communications.
Being safe in MS Teams
Before you use MS Teams, you need to be aware of your responsibilities for keeping LSBU secure, looking after your data and ensuring that you are you safe. Always be wary of who you choose to share data with, especially using a collaborative tool which makes it easier for team and cross-team working. Think - is your document confidential or in other ways sensitive? Is it safe to be shared in a Team or in a post?

Did you know that in Windows 10 you can make onscreen text bigger and brighter?
Did you know that you can change the mouse pointer and the cursor size?
Have you heard of the Ease of Access Centre?
It’s in Settings in Windows 10. There you’ll find these tools and other options – magnify all or part of the screen, try different colour filters or high-contrast schemes, use Windows Narrator to have things read out to you.
