Your LSBU username and password gives you access to the following resources:

Please remember to keep your password secure - do not share it with friends or family. These resources are for your use only.

*There may be a 24hr delay following enrolment before access to the Library and the Moodle VLE are activated.

Free Software Downloads

While you are an LSBU student you get selected licensed software for free.

This includes: Microsoft Office 365, MATLAB, NVivo, MindManager and SPSS.
You can download these to your own suitable devices.The software is available to download from our Moodle site.
You will be asked to self-enrol on the site the first time you use it.

Login Problems

If you suddenly find that you cannot login to any of your accounts, try:

Password reset link

This will usually resolve the problem.

If it still doesn't work...

contact Student IT Support

Remember: you can type go.lsbu.ac.uk/password into your browser to access password reset.

Reducing your profile size

If you have received an amber warning, your Computer Profile is over 200MB. 

You need to move or delete certain files that you have stored on the university network.
