Student IT support can help to solve any problems that you might be having with your LSBU IT accounts, so let us know what the issue is. If we can't solve it straight away, we will know who can!

Students should connect their mobile devices to the Eduroam network.
Other wi-fi networks will not give you access to the library resources.

Moodle and Panopto are now available on the LSBU_BYOD wireless network.
To connect a games console or smart TV you should use the LSBU_BYOD network.
Login details for this network are available from your halls reception staff.
Use the self-service terminals in the Library for the following services:
Did you know you can alter the Accessibility Options on your Windows PC?
Did you know that in Windows 10 you can make onscreen text bigger and brighter?
Did you know that you can change the mouse pointer and the cursor size?
Have you heard of the Ease of Access Centre?
You can find the Ease of Access Centre in Settings in Windows 10. There you will find these tools and other options – magnify all or part of the screen, try different colour filters or high-contrast schemes, use Windows Narrator to have things read out to you.
